SeedsBit mobile apps have a clearly defined privacy policy. All our free apps allow their users to log in or browse anonymously. In the first case, the app asks the user only for the absolutely necessary information. This way, the user can have a safe and pleasant experience. This is data such as username, email address and phone number. In addition, the application records when the user scans the QR codes to create an activity history and a list of favorite items. In the anonymous mode, the user can browse without providing any information, but does not have access to some features, such as Favorites, which require registration of a particular user’s activities. Nevertheless, even in anonymous mode, the user has full access to tracking products and documents.

Below there is the list of data that we ask from our users:
– username and ID, associated with the account to log in;
– email address to perform the user registration;
– access to the phone’s photo and video gallery to allow the user to post their profile photo and upload any photos of QR codes of tracked products or documents;
– access to the phone’s camera to scan QR codes of tracked products or documents;
– search history based on scanned QR codes;
– product usage data (e.g., app launches, taps, clicks, scrolling information, music listening data, video views, saved progress in a game, videos, songs, or other information about how the user interacts with the app).

If you decide to request your data to be deleted or to change your preferences for services offered by SEEDS web and mobile applications email us.
